1. NotNul:-

M/S NotNul Techonlogies Private Limited is a company consituted under Companies Act 2013 and having its Head Office at Indira Nagar, Lucknow shall hereinafter called "NotNul" which expression shall include its successors and assigns.
1.2.
NotNul is an e-learning web and mobile-based e-commerce platform to publish and trade content in form of eBooks, audio books or animated books, e-learning video content etc., hereinafter called "content" only.
1.3.
In order to publish, download, read, listen or watch a content user has to have a NotNul account opened through functionality.
1.4.
Author of content, desirous of publishing it on NotNul, has/have to submit her/his/their content online. Content so submitted is examined in line with the Quality Policy of NotNul. Content, which conforms to the Quality Policy of NotNul, is pushed in publishing mode.
1.5.
Publication of a content on NotNul is free of cost, however author is free to fix price of the content on her/his/their own.
1.6.
Reader, including institutions, can search for their content of choice through their NotNul Account. She/He/They can preview the book before making any purchase decision. On making payment online, the reader can read the complete content so purchased. The content can only be read and is not available for download in any medium, which disallows its further distribution without NotNul's content.
1.7.
NotNul makes available content published on its platform for sale through direct purchse by individuals, eLibrary Link up and periodic reading package for individual readers.
1.8.
Under its eLibrary Link-up facility NotNul provides access to its content to students, teachers, and staff for free within the campus/institution aganist a fixed charge, hereinafter mentioned as fee, to be paid by the institution concerned.
1.9.
The revenue collected through sale to/download of content is shared in the ratio of 60:40, that is, 60 percent going to the author of the content as royalty and 40 percent retained by NotNul.
1.10.
That majority of books on this platform are published in device optimized format by retyping the whole material which enables it to be opened and read on various devices
1.11.
That you may at any point of time withdraw your book for sale from NotNul. In this case, book shall be removed from the server. However, in case even if a single book is purchased by any NotNul user, the book shall not be put for further sale, but the book shall continue to remain on server for reading of the user who has purchased a copy.
1.12.
That there is no publishing cost chargeable to the author at the time of publishing.
1.13.
That in case author intends to withdraw her/his book for further sale, she/he shall have to pay typing charges @Rs. 15/- (Rupees fifteen only) per page for making the file fit for device optimized format. Such charges shall not be applicable in case of authors who have supplied the publishing material typed in word file.
1.14.
That in case any author requests for a word file of the material typed and made device optimised, she/he shall have to pay typing charges @ Rs. 15/- (Rupees fifteen only) per page.
2. Terms and Conditions of Association:-

You shall be solely responsible for your own content and the consequences of submitting and publishing your Content on NotNul. You affirm represent, and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, right, contents, and permissions to publish content you submit; and you license to NotNul at patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to such content for publication on the Website pursuant to these Terms of Service.
2.2.
For clarity, you retain all of your ownership rights in your content. However, by submitting content to NotNul, you hereby grant NotNul a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, publish, adapt, make available online or electronically transmit, and perform the content in connection with the Website and NotNul's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Website (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. You also hereby grant each user of the Website a non-exclusive license to access your content through the Website, and to use under these Terms of Service. The above licenses granted by you in written content you submit to the Website terminate within a commercially reasonable time after you remove or delete your content from the Website. You understand and agree, however, that NotNul may retain, but not display, distribute, or perform, server copies of your content that have been removed or deleted.
2.3.
You furthter agree that content you submit to the Website will not contain thrid party copyrighted content, or content that is subject to other third party proprietary rights, unless you have premission from the rightful owner of the content or you are otherwise legally entitled to post the content and to grant NotNul all of the license rights granted herein.
2.4.
You agree not to distribute in any medium any part of the NotNul or content published without NotNul's prior written authorization unless NotNul makes available the means for such distribution through the functionality offered by such Service. You can upload, publish and distribute only that content which you have created.

You agree not to alter or modify any part of the NotNul.

You agree not use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, "robots", "spiders", or "offline reader", that accesses the website in a manner that sends more request messages to NotNul servers in a giveb period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser. Notwithstanding the foregoing, NotNul grants the operators of public search engines permission to use spiders to copy content from the site for the sole purpose of and solely to the extent necessary for creating publicly available searchable indices of the content, but not caches of archives of such content. NotNul reserves the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in specific cases. You agree not to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the website for any commerical solicitation purposes. You agree not to solicit, for commercial purposes, any users of the Website with respect to their content.
2.8.
You understand that when using the website, you will be exposed to content from a variety of sources, and that NotNul and its clients are not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights, copyrights relating to such content. You further understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to content that is inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against NotNul with respect theroto, and, to the extent premitted by applicable law, agree to indennify and hold harmless. NotNul, its owners, operators, affiliates, licensors, and licensees to the fullest extent allowed by law regrading all matters related to your use of the website.
2.9.
NotNul will terminate a user's access to the Website if, under appropriate circumstances, the user is determined to be a repeat infringer.
2.10.
NotNul reserves the right to decide whether content violates these Terms of Service for reasons other than copyright infringement, such as, but not limited to, pornography, obscenity, or communal hatred. NotNul may at any time, without prior notice and in its sole discretion, remove such content and/or terminate a user's account for submitting such content in violation of Terms of Service.
2.11.
Readers of NotNul while purchasing and reading any content shall not be responsible for any copyright or intellectual property right infringement.
