Organization Development is a systematic, planned and people-driven change process and the success of the intervention depends on many factors-internal as well external to the organization. NABARD has developed a unique model through this powerful tool to address the requirements of rejuvenating RRBs at the time (during 1994-95) when majority of the RRBs were struggling for healthy survival.
