For refunds on e-books:-

You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase. The refund will be processed as per reasons provided by the users. We, NotNul, reserves the right to allow refund or not.

If the e-book doesn’t work, you can request a refund at any time within 7 days of purchase.

If your refund is approved, the e-book may be removed from your library and you may not be able to read it.

As we provide e-books, we don't have any cancellation policy as such.
